Arrhythmogenic effect of trastuzumab (herceptin)

A case presentation which supports the hypothesis that trastuzumab, used in breast cancer chemotherapy as a not very well established adjuvant, (herceptin) may be arrhythmogenic [1].

Other sources describe trastuzumab cardiotoxicity manifested as reduced ventricular contractility [2].
